QCOSS and Community Resilience Queensland have no objection to material being reproduced but asserts its right to be recognised as author of its original material and the right to have its material remain unaltered.

The Community  Resilience Queensland  (CRQ) website is managed by the Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS). QCOSS welcomes contributions that reflect the diverse range of perspectives, experiences and imaginations of communities in Queensland. While encouraging this, we expect all contributors to be respectful and courteous.

QCOSS does not endorse the views or material contained in contributions to Stories of Resilience or the forum.

3.4 User Participation

3.4.1 Children's contributions should be supervised by an adult.

3.4.2 You may be held legally responsible for the content you submit to the Community Resilience website.

3.4.3 All material published on Community Resilinece Queensland is at QCOSS' sole discretion.

3.4.4 Your contribution may be edited, removed or not published if QCOSS considers it to be:

3.4.4.1 defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or that it violates laws regarding harassment, discrimination, racial vilification, privacy or contempt;
3.4.4.2 intentionally false or misleading;
3.4.4.3 an infringement of intellectual property rights or copyright. See below for additonal information.
3.4.4.4 abusive, offensive or obscene;
3.4.4.5 inappropriate, off topic, repetitive or vexatious.
3.4.4.6 compromising the privacy of yourself, other contributors or of QCOSS staff, or containing inappropriate personal information;
3.4.4.7 seeking to endorse commercial products or activities or to unduly promote commercial products or services;
3.4.4.8 seeking to directly solicit donations;
3.4.4.9 deliberate provocation of other community members;

3.4.5 QCOSS reserves the right to archive and republish all contributions to its interactive services across all platforms.

3.6 Uploading Your Content: Your Warranties To Us

3.6.1 You warrant that Your Uploaded Content does not infringe any other person’s intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright and associated moral rights, and trademarks. In particular you warrant that you are the sole copyright owner of Your Uploaded Content and any works or other copyrighted material embedded in Your Uploaded Content, or have received permission from all relevant copyright owners.

3.6.2 You warrant that Your Uploaded Content is not:

3.6.2.1 defamatory or otherwise unlawful or that it violates laws regarding harassment, discrimination, privacy or contempt;
3.6.2.2 abusive or offensive, including obscenity, blasphemy and racial vilification;
3.6.2.3 seeking to endorse commercial products or activities or to solicit business;
3.6.2.4 deliberate provocation of other community members;
